ABS - Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene - amorphous thermoplastic copolymer

Material with good chemical resistance. It is resistant to weak or dilute oxidizing agents, acids and alkalis, but not to their strong concentrates.It is resistant to low and high temperatures.It is insoluble in water. It can be bonded with solvent adhesives based on toluene and methylene chloride as well as polyacralate adhesives.

PVC - Polyvinyl chloride - produced by polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer

Material with very good chemical resistance. It is resistant to highly concentrated acids, bases, aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is less resistant to oxidizing acids and reagents. It is insoluble in water and has some solubility in the presence of ketone, tetrahydrofuran, methylhydrofuran, dimesthylsulpoxide. It can be used in a temperature range from -15 to + 60 °C. Softens on contact with flame - softening point 79°C. It can be glued and welded.
